Processing Times

All items are custom made to order, right here in Melbourne!
Production takes 3–7 business days before dispatch, this may be affected during peak seasons and xmas closures.

Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Post: 1–3 business days (where available)

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, weather events or incorrect addresses.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post/courier to lodge a claim.

We will help where we can but are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling.
