Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size selected

• Errors in details provided by the customer

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a printing defect, damage or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos and your order number.

We will replace or refund the item if a fault is confirmed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
