FAQs – Custom Printing, Apparel & Signage

1. How do I submit artwork or logos for printing?

Via upload link (where available) or email to admin@stickersbynikki.com.au

• Signage: PDF or EPS (vector) preferred

• Apparel: PDF, EPS (vector), or PNG with transparent background

2. What if I’m unsure about my file? Do you redraw or fix designs?

No problem! Before anything goes to print, we will check your file and advise if any adjustments are needed. Redraws will be quoted or advised before proceeding to ensure you’re happy with any changes.

3. Can I order pre-designed tees and hoodies?

Yes! Our pre-designed apparel is ready-to-wear and printed on demand. No custom artwork is required - perfect for casual wear, gifts, or everyday style.

4. Is there a minimum order for custom printing?

No - we can print single items or bulk orders, ideal for birthdays, events, team or business merchandise.

5. Can you print full-colour designs and photographs?

Yes! Both signage and apparel can feature full-colour designs, including photos.

6. Can I supply my own garments?

Yes, we can print on supplied garments, but we cannot accept responsibility for damage or print failures.

7. What garments can you print on?

We print on cotton and polyester garments, including tees, hoodies, hi-vis polos, and singlets. Polar fleece or puffer jackets/vests are not suitable.

8. Can you match colours?

Yes! We can match PMS colours or any physical reference. CMYK colours are typically the most reliable, as on-screen colours may vary from the final printed product.

9. How should I care for my printed garments?

• Wash in cold water

• Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, tumble drying, ironing over prints, and dry cleaning

• Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash

10. How long will it take to ship my order?

• Custom orders: 5–10 business days (from approval)

• Stationery & business items: 7–14 business days

• Express or priority orders: contact us for details

11. Do you ship across Australia?

Yes!

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

• Express Post: 1–3 business days (where available)

• Tracking details are emailed once your order ships

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

12. How much does shipping cost?

We have a $15 flat rate for orders up to $250. Shipping for larger orders will need to be quoted.

13. Can I see a proof before my order is printed?

Absolutely! We provide a digital proof for approval before printing, so you know exactly what your order will look like.

14. Do you offer design services if I don’t have artwork?

Yes! We can help turn your ideas into print-ready designs for apparel, signage, or stationery. Design work is quoted before proceeding.

15. Do you offer rush orders or priority production?

Yes! Contact us to discuss rush or priority production — additional fees may apply.

16. Can I track my order?

Yes! All orders include tracking details, emailed once your parcel ships.

17. Returns & Refunds

• Custom products: No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or errors provided by the customer. All custom orders require customer approval before production.

• Faulty/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days with photos and order number. We will replace or refund if a fault is confirmed under Australian Consumer Law.

• Lost or damaged parcels: We will assist where possible but are not responsible for carrier issues.

18. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

19. Do you accept bulk orders for businesses or events?

Yes! We provide bulk printing for apparel, signage, and business items, perfect for branding, events, or promotional use. Contact us for a quote.

20. What is custom printed apparel?

Custom printed apparel includes tees, hoodies, and other garments personalized with your designs, logos, or text. All clothing is printed in-house in Australia for vibrant, long-lasting results.
