Frequently asked questions.

Where are you located?

We are located in Romsey, Vic and service the general Macedon Ranges area.

What types of signage do you offer?

We offer a wide range of signage, including (but not limited to) digitally printed stickers (wide format), vinyl cut lettering, shop signage, vehicle signage, partial wraps, trailer signage, glass decals, corflutes, steel and aluminium composite panel signs, A-frames (A-boards), feather flags, tear-drop flags, banners, fence mesh, and more.

Do you design the signage, or do I need to provide artwork?

We can design your signage using your logo! Whether it’s for a car, shop, or even business cards, we’ll set it up professionally and effectively.

Can vehicle signage be removed or updated later?

Yes! Longevity and ease of removal depend on how long the signage has been on, along with the exposure and conditions the signage is kept in.

I want some signage, where do I start?

Send us a message! Typically, we ask: “How big?” and “How much/many?” For vehicle signage, all we need is your logo/design (we can design one if needed), a photo of your vehicle, and an idea of coverage.

For printed garments, it also helps to know the style of garment you want and whether you want printing on the front, back, or both.

How should I prepare my artwork or logo for printing?

All we need is original logo file from your designer, along with any additional design details you would like included.

What file format do you need?

For signage, we prefer PDF or EPS (original vector files). For Direct to Film (DTF) clothing prints, a PNG with a transparent background can be suitable. Low-resolution files may affect print quality, we will advise if there are any issues.

Can you match my brand colours (PMS/CMYK)?

Absolutely! We take pride in our colour-matching skills. For vinyl cut lettering, the vinyl range may be limited, but we’ll always advise the closest match or use digitally printed, contour-cut lettering if necessary.

Do you print full-colour designs and photographs?

Yes! Both signage and printed apparel can feature full-colour designs, including photos!

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom garment printing?

Nope! We can print one-off items such as birthday tees, baby shower signs, or a single embroidered cap.

What types of garments can you print on?

Direct to film printing is suitable for cotton and polyester garments, including hoodies, hi-vis polos, singlets, and more. We cannot print on polar fleece or puffer jackets/vests due to the printing process affecting the material.

Can I supply my own garments for printing?

Absolutely! We regularly print on supplied garments; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or print failure.

How do I care for my printed garments to make the print last longer?

Wash in cold water, avoid bleach, fabric softeners, dry cleaning, tumble drying, and ironing over prints, and wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.
